Should I withdraw my fund while waiting for COPR?

Hi fellow members,

I've submitted my passport to Singapore VO on March 5, and it is now March 26 and I still haven't received it back.
However, I need to access some of my money (if not all) in the bank account that was used as a proof of fund for my application.
But I am really concerned, since the application is still in process, and the COPR has not been issued to me yet (although I've already received PPR and sent PP).

Any advice for me in this situation please?

That's fine. Worst case you will be asked for pof while landing. Make sure you have enough by then
