Should I wait or submit another application?

I submitted incomplete application to CIS (without WES ECA) and waiting to get the package back.

I don’t know if I should wait to get the package back or submit the new one as soon as I have my ECA Report.

Please suggest

Mostly they are going to return your application back as they don't have ECA report. I would suggest send another one.

As suggested, I sent another package last month.

First package was sent around the last week of may but I still haven't received the package.

I don't know why I still don't have my package returned but I think they will since it didn't have ECA report included.
