Should i upload LOA?

Please help me with the query
I lodged complete application in February for may intake. But may program was suspended so I took another program for September intake. But I did not get AIP till then so I deferred to January intake. On 24th sept my AIP came.
So i got 3 different letter of acceptance for same DLI.
So should i upload my Jan LOA?
Can i get ppr?

So you have changed course and never informed IRCC about it? That's not good. If you have a new LOA for the same course that you applied visa for then upload that, if not then your eligibility will be reviewed again for new course.
