Should I travel outside Canada while waiting for WP renewal

hi, my name is Tony, living in Montreal, QC. I am WP self-employed visa, I applied the renewal my WP visa which is valid until Feb 2019. I plan to travel outside Canada and be back in end of January 2019.
Is it possible to migrate Canada with a visa of less than one month valid?
