Hi All, spouse sponsorship app details are in my signature.

My wife had to leave her job because her employer didn't agree to WFH in Feb ( back then situation in India wasn't that bad ).

She's now in Canada with me. She's into IT and has calls/mails from employers asking for interviews to be setup but can't because she's still on tourist visa.

Should we take outland app and apply inland --> or are we thinking too much ?

When did you submit the outland application? If you withdraw and submit inland, processing times will start from scratch. Previously, open work permits were being issued 4-5 months after the inland application was submitted however now it seems to be taking longer. Depending on when you submitted the outland application, it may not be worth it.

You're six months in. I personally would not withdraw. It will most likely be another six months of waiting if you withdraw and apply inland before she has the OWP. By that time her outland application will most likely be approved. I don't see the point in withdrawing. I don't think it will get her working any faster.
