There are still few days left, you never know that one morning you see two DoNotReply emails in your inbox. Wait till the last day possible as in your case, the wait would be of 1 year!In my understanding, withdrawal is possible through Webforms. But as said by @thaovy99 there is no chance if we target to reapply for Fall 2021. I am thinking to withdraw the current application and restart the new application after a month time to target Fall 2022.

Yes, thank you for your kind consolating words. However, it is 5 months more now without an answer. My college has a deadline to withdraw as well. It is a complete deadlock situation. We will see how it goes.
