Should i send in my 17 months passport as well

Hello,
I was recently requested to to send in my passport, i guess my application has got to the final stage. I'm planning to travel with my 17 month old daughter and i included her in my application. I'm I supposed to send in her passport as well, coz the request read that i should send in a valid passport or travel document but they didn't mention the dependant. So I'm confused as to whether to send in her passport too. Do they put a PR visa in her passport too?

Thanks, I've emailed the embassy and they advised me to send in as well so that they can be processed together
