Adding Newborn baby to existing Spousal Sponsorship application

Hi Folks

My wife and i were blessed with a baby girl in september. I'm a Permanent Resident and my wife is currently outside of canada and her spousal sponsorship application is in progress. We added our daughter as a dependant in November by completing the form IMM0008, IMM1344 and paying the application fees. These were sent using a webform.
My wife has since received a request for passport email (Received in November), which we cant send her passport due to adding our daughter as a dependant. This mail came a day after adding our daughter.

My question is: i just checked the online tracker and since we added our daughter the tracker doesnt show her as a co dependant.

Any ideas what i can do? is there a specific office i need to send the forms to?

You'll just have to contact either the office or IRCC directly - noting that you already sent the forms by webmail.

Would that be the CPC in Mississauga or the office outside of canada handling the application please?

Whichever is actually handling your file - but I'd suggest reading the passport request letter again, there SHOULD be a reference of some kind of what to do if there are any errors or omissions.
