Should i retest for IELTS??

Hello everyone!

I have just started research for immigration under FSW. I understand that the Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) needs to be done for me.

I had given my IELTS (Score of Band 8) exam on the 23rd March 2013. I have a few queries:

1) I understand that the scores are valid for a period of two years. I have about a month left for this score to expire. With my ECA pending, can someone give me a rough idea how much time will it take for the ECA report?
2) Is it safe, if I manage to submit the online visa application before 23rd March 2013 - complete with the ECA report?

I wouldn't say it's safe - it's safe if you can submit everything a few weeks before your IELTS expire.

If it's expired on the date you mail your application - your application would be deemed invalid
