Should I resubmit a Hongkong PCC for PR application if it was once submitted for OWP

Hi there,

I am applying for PR and got a request letter for my Hongkong PCC recently. When I applied for work permit early this year, my Hongkong PCC was sent by Hongkong police as a requested material to Canada Consulate in HK. Since the PCC was sent, I have never been to HK. My question is, in my case, should I apply for the PCC again? If else, what should I do.
