Here is my situation: 1) my Canadian PR expired in 2018, 2) I did not fulfill the residence requirement at all, and 3) I currently live in the USA on H1B visa. Now, I plan to enter Canada for a job interview and if I get the job offer, I will move to Canada and stay there permanently. Should I renounce my Canadian PR in order to apply for a Canadian visitor visa? Can I apply for Canadian PR again if I move back to Canada?
