Dear Friends

I did my medical last week . But the form that my doctor fill for me was for PR in Canada — Spouse . because last week I had plan to apply from inland.

But now I am going to apply from out land .

Do anyone know can I submit this medical for out land or I should the medical again for out land ?

Thanks in advance

It does not make a difference, as a medical is valid for 12 months if i'm not mistaken, but in the case of outland you might want to check with the specific CHC office in outland as different countries follow different rules and regulations as there is no set norm, the only delay could be if the inland medical is not accepted they might ask you to do from outland and you might have a to wait a couple of weeks or months until the designated medical reaches them, Best of luck My friend :)

No, ur safe but what you must do is still include the form you got from the doctor to show your medicals was completed and write a note to CPC-M stating that your doctor made a mistake and sent the Meds inland as opposed to outland. It's not biggie. I was in your same shoe and my meds got transferred to Ottawa but it still reached my VO eventually in no time.

I got my medical while planning on applying inland (so they used the inland forms), then I decided to apply outland, so I submitted the outland application with my medical receipt. Regardless, e-CAS now says that medical results have been received, so it seems it all worked out just fine.
