Should I raise GCMS note as my visa is delayed

Guys i have a query please consider solving it. I have applied in July

I was thinking to raise a GCMS nite but wasn't sure whether I should do it or not as

1) My consultant isn't aware about it. Will GCMS reflect in GC account?

2) Will it affect my file in anyway? Like in an negative aspects?

3)As of now (Christmas vacation) I think My GCMS will take 40 days to receive and probably I will get my Visas before it(not sure though) what should I do?

I think you should go for it, there's no harm in getting them. It'll cost you a few bucks. If it reaches in time, well and good. Else if your visa comes before that, then what's better. All the best.
