Should I provide any internship work experience letter?

Hi guys,

I have two internships work experiences in Canada, however, I only put them in my personal activities section because the instruction in the work experience section indicated no apprenticeship experience required. Should I upload any information about my internship employment letter or anything else to my supporting documents?
