Sending a case specific enquiry won't harm you (try sending one and not repetitive as that will delay you further). I remember you massaged them before also. Did it help? Good Luck

Thanks for replying gumguy....yes that was my first application but they didnt give me a reply untill i had the final results...so bro what should i do ...can they approve my application even though my medicals status doesn't change?

Kuss,

you should send them a new deferel letter or at least send them email about your deferrel

Kuus you're going to need to send them a new offer letter, with your new dates of your course. I had to.

What you can do is request it from your school, so you have it on hand when CIC needs it.

Thank you guy i have sent case specific enquiry with an attached new offer letter from my schol....but the questiin is i am afraid since my medical status hasnt changed to passed and its been 10 weeks now ..... can they approve it even though the medical status hasnt changed ...it os Not needed at this time ...just like that.

Can I ask you a question? Are you telling me this is the second time you applied? Is this second application consecutive right after first application? Also am I hearing it correctly that your first application didn't receive a decision?
Sorry I ask this because I applied on June 2nd online, to date I haven't heard anything and I have been contemplating making a 2nd application and it's frightening to hear the first application had no response and secondly your application is going through shit.

Wel bro ..yes this is the second time of applying because my first application got refused because i didnt tell them of previous refusal by the us embassy. This application took 4 months and two days before refusal ..i couldnt link to find updates tho
So i applied for the second time and have npt heard anything now ..its been 10 weeks now .not even medicals passed ....its making me sick because if medicals is not updated hlw can it surely be approved.. :(

Were you asked for medical at all during your first application or did you apply with upfront medical?

I was asked to go for medicalS just 3 weeks after i applied ...that was my first application .then it took 15 weeks after medicals for them to reply me with refusal ....only one refusal ...
So i know with this second time application i no longer need to go for medicals but ..i am wondering why i cant see result and how the whole desicion will go about.

And the reason they gave was the fact they found out your US refusal? Was the reason written in refusal? How are you so sure it would be that reason?
I'd advise you to send your deferral offer through CSI better be prepared than repent you see.

Yes bro it was stated that i didnt answer all questions truthful ly ..specifically. ...my us refusal

...thst was the reason mentioned

So gys, about my medicals status , what do u think...can they approved it even tough the staus stays ..Not needed at this time??

They will approve it. The medical exams are valid for one a whole year. It's just a matter of time, I strongly feel their computer systems are down. Medical statuses aren't updating neither are passport requests being made.

I am assuming you attached your medical report in your second application?
