Should i include all doc's from check-list, even ones that don't apply to me?

As the title says, im going through my check list at the moment, and some documents such as the "additional dependants" dont apply to me thus i didn't fill them out, though im wondering if they still want me to send a blank one in with the application package?

Sorry for the silly question, im just paranoid at this point.

I think you dont need to fill it out, if doesnt apply to you..

No you don't have to send the forms but when filling out the check list just write N/A so they know you have read the question.
