Should I go for OINP or wait for the Lmia?

Seniors please advice
I got PT from OINP in December. I been living here in Canada for about 5 years from, 4 years on WP and a year with study permit. There's an employer who is willing to apply for NOC B Lmia and a new WP for me.
Is there a possibility of Lmia and WP rejection because Im done with the 4 years cumulative period stay in Canada or I'm still eligible to get WP?
Should I go for OINP instead ?
I'm confused .

i am not sure for onip but if you lived in canada for 2+2 in all closed work permit
then you might be reject to renew or new lmia. if you were on open work permit then
you can do.still you ask some more ppl and lawyer for your best chances. good luck.
