Hiiiii all....I am planning to put Canadian immigration file....I have a question that should I get a point for relatives in Canada with my wife's cousin...Who is Canadian citizen. And if yes in which category I should tick mark because there is not any category for cousin in Canada...shell I tick in Sister or brother column??? thanks in advance for your answer....

Whether there is your real cousin or your wife's cousin, You will not get any point for cousin.

Only blood relative points counts. Cousin is not blood relative.
