Should I get a new Student Visa if I had to change my graduate program before my arrival in Canada?

Hello guys,
Last year I was admitted to a graduate program in Canada and therefore I applied for a Student Visa, My Visa was issued on September and it will expire in 2023. But due to family and medical issues, I couldn't enter Canada and leave my family at that time. Now I don't have those problems anymore but my last admission was not valid anymore since my Professor couldn't wait longer to start the project so I lost that admission. But I applied for another graduate program in another school and I have been admitted now.
I wanted to know whether I could enter Canada with my last Visa or should I apply for a new Visa application again?

I forgot just to mention that the new program will start in September 2020.
My Visa was issued in September 2019.
