Should i Fill out forms with native language?

Hi there! Filling out all my family class forms, and we have a lot of Turkish names and places that are basically Latin alphabet, but with some punctuation on top or under certain letters.

Should I be writing everything in English? (Which is acceptable here, even though it looks funny when you don't use the punctuation)

Or should I be writing everything twice? Or does it need to be exactly as it would be in Turkish?

The only place I could find a partial answer for this was on one of the forms where it specifically asked for both spellings (in the box where it asks the applicants name)

I think you have to fill your forms either in English or French which are the official languages of Canada. You will be asked in the forms to input your name in your native language using the native characters of your language.

Here is an excerpt from the guide:

Translation of documents

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.

Important information. Translations by family members are not acceptable.
