Should I defer to September 2021 from January 2021?

Hi guys! I'm Tanya and I've recently been admitted to the MSc International Business program at HEC Montreal for January 2021 intake. I got an email from my university that my program will mostly be online. It could be hybrid (online+on campus classes) but that depends on what happens in the next few months). I applied for my visa this morning. Do ya'll think I should defer to September 2021 intake? Because paying 7300 CAD for a semester just to do it online from your home country sucks. I'm very confused as I graduated with a bachelor in business administration last year and deferring would mean a gap of 2 years.

If it is online then I think you're can get your visa processed for Jan 2021 and land canada and do online study from there.

That's fine with me. But that depends on travel restrictions. Also, VFS offices haven't opened yet
