Hello, I have worked as a software engineer for 5 years, and I majored in mechanical engineering in university and got my undergraduate degree.
I hope to go to Canada to study computer science to supplement my foundation. My gpa does not meet the university requirements, so I choose the college.

I got a college diploma program , can I use this offer to apply for a study permit in canada?
Someone told me that because I already had a bachelor degree, I shoud not apply for a college diploma
and I need to apply for a college graduate certificate, otherwise, my study permit will be rejected.

According to my situation, is there a big difference in the approval of the study permit for these two types of projects?
I'm really refused about these, I will be very grateful if you can answer my question.

You should go for a post graduate diploma since you already have a bachelor degree. You need to show a progression of studies.
