should I cancel my old case

hi,

I applied canada quebec immigration in 2010, after that there is no any news until recently i got an email from quebec immigration office askingm me to update my documents, otherwise they will reject my CSQ. But in my case, I came to Canada 2013 for a master study and now I have got my CSQ from the PEQ program and just submitted my federal immigration document as quebec skilled works last month(I have not received the AOR yet).

My question is that should I contact quebec immigration office to cancel my privious case? If I do not cancel it, will it block the process of my second case.

I think you should inform them of the previous application so that you don't run parallel applications. Although, I guess if you do not, it will get to a point in processing that they will contact you regarding it.

i called the immigration office and canceled my case...
