Should I attach a LOE for name difference with my application?

In my passport, my given name is mentioned as Adish Jain but in the surname section, its blank. But officially, my first name is Adish and my Family/surname is Jain. I filled in the same details while completing my application form for express entry. Now, should I attach an LOE stating the difference and informing IRCC about the discrepancy or should I just file my application without any LOE.

I need some advice on this issue.
