Should i apply for visa or need extension from lambton college??

College is going to be start on 27th april 2020. My last xray for medical is on 4th april 2020. Should i apply for visa on 5th April. Is it right?? Or i need extension letter from lambton college??
It would be a great help if i get a reply.

Hi Raman ,

it’s better to get the medical date before in Jan or Feb so that you can apply for visa on time .
Their are many CIC Panel physicians in India in different cities .

I had my medical
I had my medical done on 4th January.(almost everything and about to file my visa application) but After few days i received mail from immigration for additional medical information.
Now they want me to give sputum culture test( result will be on 25th march) and xray on 4th April.
Can i change this date by requesting them so that i can file my visa on 5th april as my classes are goin to be start on 27th april.
