Should I apply for OWP with Spousal PR application or separately online?

Hi,

I was on this page - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...vices/work-canada/permit/temporary/apply.html and it suggests that applicants should apply for Work Permit online as its easier and faster.

Does this also apply to OWP ? I will be applying for my wife's Spousal PR and in that there is an option to include an application for OWP as well.

Please suggest what would be the best way to go about it.

Also, I cannot find the application form for actually applying for OWP. Please help me find it.
