Should I apply again under general category???

Heyy I am simran. I want to study in canada but my visa application was refused in 2013 for jan intake reason been said 1- my purpose of visit isn't clear 2- VO doubts that I won't come back to India. My overall ielts score was 6.5 and I applied after 12th ( 2011 passout non-medical) in diploma in mechanical engg at Humber college,Toronto. Now I am graduate in BCA (2014 passout)with 68%. My ielts score is 7 bands with no band less than six. Would it be a wise decision to apply for canada in May 2015 or not?? Look when I applied in 2013 I was pursuing my degree but I didn't mentioned it as it was incomplete. I am kind of worried if I apply again a visa officer may think I've kind of hidden this information from and he may reject my application again...

yes you can but better first you ask for caips note it will help you to evalute the actual rejection reason for your refusal. so you can better exaplain them about thr doubt they have. Also make a strong sop.

U can apply for visa
the 1st point of rejection i think was that u didnt mentioned them clearly about ur study plan as in d middle of ur study .u applied for visa. so u can make a good SOP now covering that why u selected that course nd what are d opportunities after that course for u in india and u can mention them that u was full time student in india having no gap

for 2nd point u can show ur parents bank statements and ur bank statement and also a finacial statement from CA and ITR of ur parents and please mention them in sop dat u will come back to india and also show sufficient funds for One year study expenses buy paying one term or one year college fees and one year living expenses and travel expenses by showing funds in bank account or having a loan.
