In canadian scale, i found my grade is considered as 65-69% in some online research. And in one canadian uni. website i saw the min grade of eligibility with our grading scale is 55-59% in masters.

With PR you'd have many opportunity not merely for university applying, many things , with your master apply for PhD, I'm not too much aware of process and procedure, but normally, with a master continue to higher level
