I have Bachelors full time degree of 4 years education, I wanted to know what should be the shortest duration of the certificate I can do in Canadian university through distance education so that I can get points in "Two or more certificate, diploma or degree with one being more than 3 years".
The reason for Canadian university is that I can skip ECA check for that. Is that right?
Can I also do this in my home country?
