Short question - Applying within country 2014

Hi,
I'm just curious if it still applies that you need to be married (as opposed to common law / conjugal) to your sponsor apply for permanent residency from within the country? I think that's the way it was when I came to Canada in 2005...

No, you can also apply as common-law
