Shopping for Canadian medical insurance for parents

Hello, I'm looking to buy medical insurance for my parents who will arrive here in June for 4.5 months. Looking at options. Coverage required between $100,000 to $300,000. Deductible options from $0-$500.
Looking for monthly payment options but open to one time payment as well.
Fathers age 69, mother's age 68
Please advise.
