Sure, I think as degree certificate is already accepted so for mark-sheets & transcripts they might take at max 15 days and 5th of March for you for next status change to take place.
My documents reached WES on 1 Feb.

Status updated to reviewing docs again: 6 Feb (possibly my earlier mail from my university reached? - university had sent the documents but I did not have tracking - I resent the docs using tracking after earlier mail [sent on 9 Jan] hadn't reached for more than 3 weeks)

Which means her report will be out only by 26th March
. I lose 5 points on 26th March and I was hoping against hope that I'll be ready for 21st March draw... Now looks a little tight 
But still their is hope, because my deadline was 21st Feb and i got my report on 16 of Feb. So anything can happen and the timeline i shared is bit of worst-case scenario, btw how many points you are getting right now ?Which means her report will be out only by 26th March
