I wanna see how long people wait once their application was approved/complete and get PPR after final review by local VO. I saw some people with similar situation.

Application was approved in Feb 20,2019.
CEC inland, single applicant.
According to CIC agent, my application is in que for final review at Vancouve VO and once they make a decision, PPR will be triggered.
