Hi Michelle, we're in a very similar situation.. My fiancée completed her declaration and submitted address/photos in the portal back in early November. We've since sent two emails to the portal administrator but haven't yet received a response. We've also called directly but were advised that a separate "Landing" team deals with portal-related inquiries. Essentially, the only way to communicate with them is through the email. Really hoping for a response soon..

I submitted the declaration, address and photo on Oct 15th,2021. I’m still waiting for ecopr as of today(Jan 24th,2022).

Reply to same email from which you got the portal credentials. It shouldn’t take so long.

I just received a message fon my IRCC profile that my card was delivered and will take about 6 weeks to arrive.

Hi, I’ve been waiting for my pr CARD since mid Nov.. anyone facing the same situation? I’ve sent few emails but no answer… my application shows: “submitted” nothing has changed in the last 3 months, I’m so desesperated! Any idea how to speed it up? My friends got their cards within weeks and their eCOPR were way later than mine … don’t know what else to do!

I submitted the declaration, address and photo on January 22nd and I'm still waiting for the ECOPR.

You get both email message but you can can only download the eCOPR in PR Portal account.

Wait, what?! Did they send it to a different email address? Was it a typo (like in a manual process), another applicant, or a completely different address? How on Earth did they do that?

I sent them an email today as a follow up because I submitted the picture, the declaration and the address on January 22, and a couple of hours later I got my ecopr. Picture and address are still in review though.

I got my eCOPR on January 10th and still haven't heard from them. Picture and address are still in review. Some people here got eCOPR on Jan 13th and have already received their card. It seems a bit hit or miss. BTW, I'm located in Calgary
