How?How do I know if my timeline is progressing erratically?

I called IRCC today, It's been almost 45 days, and no Ecopr yet.
Amazingly the IRCC agent told me that they can flag my request after 60 days of my P2.
My Virtual landing office is in Montreal.

should I contact the Montreal Office to expedite the process? If yes, how?

Got the Golden Email today.

Ecopr after 79 Days.
P2 was on 5th Feb.

Can someone please help me with the process and basic timeline...
Does it go like this
Mail for info (height, eye colour, date of entry, port of entry, in or out of canada, etc.)
- PR conditional approval email
- P1 details submission on portal
- P2 details submission on portal
- ECoPR

Please guide and current approx timeline
