Where you an outland applicant or no work during RNIP application?

Because it says that "You must show that you have enough money to support yourself and your family after you get to Canada. If you’re already working in Canada with a valid work permit, you don’t need to show you have enough money." https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/rural-northern-immigration-pilot/proof-funds.html

No updates, I call them once every 3 weeks, and I get the same answer that my application is under process.
