Hello, I have submitted my RNIP application on 31st Dec 2023, and still hasnt received the AOR, is this normal? Has anyone else submitted RNIP application close to 31st Dec 2023 and has received any updates? Please share, thanks.

Yes, at time of federal application I only submitted WES.

July 31 - selected for the draw
August 3 - received recommendation letter
August 18 - applied in federal
August 31 - AOR received
August 31 - biometrics request
September 5 - biometrics provided
September 30 - status changed to we are processing your background check
