Do they cross check your current and all previous employment ?
Do they call/email/personal visit by prior to appointment ?
Any other inputs ?

It depends on the file and the documents provided. many members have stated they haven't received any update from their employer on Back ground checks. few have mentioned CIC staff visiting the premises. so it all depends on the file and also read CIC randomly picks applicants for back ground checks.

Thank you for reply, I want to know that do they check all previous employment or just current one ?
