Hello again Canada Visa community,

I just got a letter today from CPC Missisauga stating that I have 1 missing form which is Settlement Plan. As I read through the form, it is more like a form that is applicable to a refugee as it is asking questions like 1. Who is assisting the refugee 2. Monthly expenses for the refugee, and more questions referring to a refugee. I'm confused as to why the person handling my case is asking me to answer these forms which does not apply to me at all. Do any of you kind people have or had this problem before? Any advice/help will be appreciated.

Thank you kindly,

Are you sponsoring your spouse while living outside of Canada? If so, CIC is looking for you to provide evidence that you plan to return to Canada and live here once your spouse's PR application is approved. There is no formal plan or form for you to complete. It's a matter of sending evidence that show you have concrete plans to reestablish yourself in Canada.
