Hi I am also depressed with same conditions. I married in 2014,Me and my wife came under MPNP program on may 2017 and I am the principle applicant.we separated after landing because after marriage there was huge difference between us.but she has relatives in Canada who sponsered us.but her parents bother my family in India with the help of police and politics and demanding money and registered complaint on me for fraud like he leave her on the airport.but this is not true thay left me even my wife not agreed to go with me.i also send legal notice by lawyer to my wife but they did not reply.my question is, is this reflect on my PR status and how can I stop the action in india like my family also in trouble there.
Thanks

1. As absolutely no effect on your PR status. It is a civil matter.

once you get the PR , your relatives who sponsored you cant do any thing legally.

so dont worry , and move in life in Canada
