Hi everybody,
I am applying under the federal skilled worker program (PhD stream) and I have a question about the settlement funds:is it a requirement in my case?
I have been working (part-time), studying and leaving in Canada for almost 8 years now. I applied under the CEC but got rejected as I was 200 hours short for worked hours requirements.
I work here, I have a contract for this academic year and will get another one for next academic year: I am a contract university instructor. Do I stil need this type of money since I am already settled in Canada?
Any input is welcome. Thanks!
