settlement funds calculation

i have two questions regarding settlement funds:

1- In economic skill form: is it a+b = c , or if we do not have A and B , so simply we can mention C ?
2- I never had savings account , i am running my account since 6 years and its current, funds i am maintaining since more then a year in this account , so can i use this account as settlement proof?

CIC requires "Statement Of Account" , in the name of Applicant , and has never specified that it should be savings or current

Yes , you can use this account and its funds for the immigration purposes
