Service experience consideration

I'm planning to apply in skilled worker category, but facing a problem with my job match case – let me explain – I am working in mobile operators for last 10+ years having first 5 yrs experience in Billing department (I used to generate postpaid invoice, had to work with huge data processing etc, which directly falls under IT) but later on I willingly transferred to a different area named Revenue Assurance; in my last organization it was under “corporate strategy and strategic planning” how ever my last 4 years experience with my present organization the Unit – Revenue Assurance falls under department “Accounts & Finance” and I am the Head of Revenue Assurance – my designation is Manager Revenue Assurance; well, the focus of this unit is to identify revenue leakage by doing data reconciliation among various sources (elements revenue process, for example MSC, Mediation, Billing, Interconnection, IN....etc), also we focus on Marketing product (business case drill down where it's a good or bad product), we check rating accuracy (data level reconciliation), dealers commission (accuracy – again data level check) verification before dispatch etc.
My query is – as per telecom philosophy or practice (whatever you say) Revenue Assurance falls under finance. Now tell me – should I consider my self as a Finance Manager? – officially I am;;;; but as per my job task it is a semi technical unit which you can say a job in-between Finance and Technical.

Please advice where i fit in.....
