Serious situation, help needed, please reply

I have applied study permit under sds from India on 5th september, 2019, i was rejected for 1 time reason was that i will not return to India after my stay,

Now its more than 55 days and there not even a single update, i i ha 7.0 overall ielts score no less than 6, does anyone know what to do in this situation, or how can we contact cic or ask about file without webform method, please reply me, i need help here

It's quite normal for processing to take a few months. There's really nothing you can do but wait. If you want to try to contact IRCC to find out status, your only real option is the web form.

You could also order your GCMS notes to see detailed information about your file - however these notes will take 30 days to arrive.
