- Outland (India), outside Quebec
- Application submitted: 8 September 2025
Timeline:
- Eligibility completed: 30 October 2025
- Pre-arrival services email: received twice (latest on 3 December 2025)
- Background check completed: 13 March 2026 (as per tracker)
- COPR number and expiry date visible on tracker since 13 March 2026
Current status (GCKey):
- Background check: still shows “in progress”
- Final decision: “in progress” with last update date as 13 March 2026
- No PPR (passport request) received yet

- Background shows completed in tracker
- COPR details are visible
- But GCKey still shows “in progress” and no PPR
How long did it take to receive PPR after this stage?
