It really has slowed down, eh? It seems very quiet in terms of updates for July/Aug/Sep applicants, especially Aug and Sep. There seem to be many people just waiting for BGC since almost a couple of months. We are still well within IRCC's processing standards of 12-14 months sure... but the way things were moving, this slowdown does feel a bit frustrating. Hopefully a new batch of updates flow in soon... it's always good to see some movement even if it's for other people's applications, that's what we're here for.

I’m still leaning towards March to see some significant updates for Sept applicants.

Outland, applied september 27, currently waiting on background check and eligibility. Medicals passed December 17, still waiting!! I’m Canadian and my husband is Georgian, have been lost distance for 2 years now, and I hope we get our PPR soon!!

Hi, applied on Sept 5th and its on Background verification in progress. principal applicant is in canada on visitor visa since dec 2025. Should i update using webform for virtual landing process? No intention of applying workpermit. Expecting decision soon than 6months stay period.

As per the law, you will need to inform IRCC about the address change.

I had the same question. What's the best time to request for a virtual landing? Is it before P1 or whenever you land as visitor? Or is P1/P2 details considered for virtual landing thus not requiring a separate request?

Today is 2 calendar months since the last tracker update on Dec 12, 2025. Quite a bit of silence, slowly getting to that phase where people say they've been stuck in BGC for 2-3 months (or more). Anyone see any positive updates out there? How are things in the Sept 2025 WhatsApp group?

Sept 2025 group is still quiet but in august group I saw an applicant with submission on 23rd received FD.

We are getting closer day by day.
