Everything shows completed on tracker on 22 Jan but haven't received my copr and no updates on IRCC account at all.

One of my friends tracker also shows every thing completed on Jan 30 and no fd yet. PVO Ottawa , you can call IRCC and ask about your primary visa office ( PVO)

I'm getting a bit anxious now. No updates since everything showed completed on tracker on Jan 22. Is it normal to wait over 3 weeks for a FD?
25 days to 1.5 months. >1.5 months submit the form for missing PR card/undelivered PR card.
So I have a good chance I'll get it before May 15th right? I got ecopr today!
Yes. But, Canada Post is the one to worry about. The miss A LOT of deliveries and hence they delay in PR cards. Nothing that's an issue on IRCC's part. All your luck at the end of the day!
Has anyone ever received a pre-portal email? how long does it usually take to receive P1 after replying to the email?
