Hi Everyone, I received follow the process for your citizenship application email on 26th Sept. I tried to create my tracker account from that day but still I cannot open it anyone can help me how to open my application tracker account please? I received AOR on 16th Sept. I raised webform one time but I did not receive any reply from them yet so far. So, please can you help me on this? I am so scar I do not know how I can get my application status.

Exactly the same timeline as 3 other users on this thread, so can only assume there's a significant more people out there with the same issue not on this forum. Hang tight, they will email any important updates

Not yet! I've also been keeping an eye out to see if any of you guys are able to.
I'm hoping that by ~next month, once our AOR dates comes up for test invites, that it forces the system to sync. Who knows.

Received AOR on 16th Sept. Nothing yet.

I got an AoR on 16th september and now its been a month and I am unable to create a tracker account. Got an email to create a tracker account as well on 26th but Every time I tried it gave me an error

Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

Called IRCC and got a cookie cutter response. Not sure if anyone else is facing this

No they just said whatever error you are getting raise a webform with image attached... Did that almost 10 days back and now waiting for response
