I'm in the same situation no update since background check completed. Mi BG was shown compelted January 11

Where will we come to know FIRST that we are scheduled to take oath..Tracker,Ecas or Email?
I have decision made status in Ecas and everything EXCEPT citizenship ceremony (not started) completed in tracker from last week.

When was the decision made?
I'm waiting the ceremony more than 2 weeks .
