Up to my knowledge From 2-4 weeks

For me took exactly 2 weeks for it to update. I did it just recently

I don't see as an approved test in above link.

Did you not give any test while coming from India to Canada?

One option is to show your graduate/post-graduate transcript or certificate with a letter confirming that the course was in English. (https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=573&top=5)

Your IELTS(even if expired) that you gave during your PR application will work. And if you have studied from Canada, then your transcripts should work too. I attached both just to be on the safer side.
